The Taurus Set

I chose a colour palette that felt like home to me. Ever since I was younger, my home was very traditional with our ways especially with the colour schemes my mom always gravitated towards in every home we lived in. It’s timeless. It never goes out of style. I am also a Taurus which is an earth sign. That was the beginning of the earth tone palette.

 In contrast, When it came to choosing a name, I needed something that meant change. However, while my brand may have some changes, at the core I always remain the same and true to self. I know that for a very long time I felt limited in what I could and could not do because of the “umbrella” term, fitness. Though I have and continue to take the fitness industry by storm, my true passion was never confined to personal physical aesthetic. My passion ranges from business, entrepreneurship, marketing to lifestyle, beauty, making every woman feel like they have a place in this industry, self love, and if you know me, spirituality and strong family values. Dropping the “fitness” in my name doesn’t mean I will no longer be apart of fitness, it means I am no longer limited to what is expected of me just as a personal trainer and an athlete. I give myself permission to show other aspects of my life and interests. Evolution represents change. The Evolution Collection is the last Kaylah M Fit collection with fitness as part of my logo. This collection will grow, transition and of course, restocked. It is not the end, only the beginning. 

 

The Evolution collection has our best fabric blend yet. It is a seamless collection with contour lines to accentuate curves on any body type with a size chart ranging from small to extra large. It contains staple colours that every woman needs in her gym wardrobe that can easily be transitioned to running errands, a day out or fitting your everyday lifestyle. The leggings in these sets are smooth and breathable while still giving compression and tummy control at the waistline as well as squat proof. Our sports bra are trendy and cute with removable padding, supporting the girls while also making it easier to tuck away the extra bra bulge. This collection was made for extra confidence.
